Welcome to PassPilot. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PassPilot. If you are using PassPilot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@passpilot.com.au if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account is for one user. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Credit packs and time passes are one-off purchases in AUD (GST-inclusive). The All-Access annual plan (where available) bills in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit/debit cards and supported local payment methods via Paddle Billing (merchant of record). You may contact us at any time to cancel a recurring plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund policy
All new purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, or resell PassPilot content; use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; upload malicious content; share your account with others; or use the platform to cheat on official exams.
6. Intellectual property
All content on PassPilot - including practice questions, test papers, designs, code, logos, and trademarks - is owned by PassPilot Education Pty Ltd (ABN to be inserted before launch). The names of exams (IELTS, OPRA, PTE, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with any exam body.
7. Disclaimers
PassPilot is a practice platform. While we work hard to make our practice papers match the official exam pattern and scoring, we do not guarantee that any score on PassPilot will predict your score on the official exam. Your actual result depends on many factors. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional, immigration, or medical advice.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Where our goods or services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability for breach of a consumer guarantee is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.
9. Limitation of liability
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law and any other non-excludable rights you have, PassPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
